We deliver to countries in the European Union for £4.50 and offer free delivery for all orders of £35. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We also deliver to the Rest of The World for £8.99 and offer free delivery for all orders over £50. Please note that the rest of the world is restricted to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The registration form on this site only asks for the information we need to handle your request. Sometimes we include other information to help us to improve our service to you. We never make these fields mandatory and we never pass this information on to outside agencies.

The security of your personal details are of utmost importance to us and you need confidence when shopping on a website.  Our payment system is provided by RBS World Pay who is a secure and reliable payment provider.  RBS World Pay have developed a market leading fraud screening tool, drawing on data from the millions of payments we process globally. This involves over 50 individual checks against each transaction.  While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on 01224489837 or pam@con-fusedarts.co.uk and will be given a full refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Should an item arrive damaged, please keep the item, invoice note & original packing as Royal Mail may request proof of damage. A full refund will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery. Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf. Returns can be made to:

Customers are advised to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning your order.

In the event an item is unavailable when an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. An alternative or full refund will be offered if money has already been paid.

At present we only deliver goods within the UK, however we are planning to include the EU in the future. If you register to receive news, you will be able to find out first hand, any changes in our delivery policy.

Goods are either sent using Royal Mail or a courier firm.  We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £3.49 to the UK. 

Next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). This method will require a signature, please ensure somebody will be available to sign and we charge a flat rate of £5.49.

Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
