Hi and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU,
Well, who says that having a Belly isn't sexy? Con-fused Arts is bringing you a very exciting new project all to do with, yes you guessed it, BELLIES!
Let me explain a bit more - Bellies are in fact bracelets made out of poor unwanted (violins out!) Wellington boots left behind at Glastonbury Festival! Not only is Steffan's project recycling and re-using wellies, it is also producing welly clogs to send to African and Indian countries!
Steffan Lemke-Elms, 20, says "after Glastonbury Festival 2011, a total of 4,000 wellington boots were left behind. The aim of this project is to recycle every last one and to raise money to send thousands of pairs of welly clogs to Africa and India."
Con-fused Arts are very pleased to have been approached by Steffan to be one of a few exclusive suppliers of Bellies! Most of our Bellies will be black or green but there will be a few limited edition bright colourful ones. These bracelets are innovative, fashionable and rewarding!!
Oh and even more exciting, there are many more welly creations in the pipeline including a notebook and "Beer Bellies"!!
